Service scope

Clarr.ai provides a concise, AI-assisted and human-reviewed contract risk report for supported English-language UAE business agreements. We may decline unsupported, unreadable, unusually complex, regulated, or high-stakes matters and refund the review price.

Not legal advice

The report provides general contract information and risk-spotting support. It is not legal advice, does not create a lawyer-client relationship, and is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer qualified in the relevant jurisdiction.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorized to provide the contract for review, that your submission is lawful, and that the intake information is accurate. You remain responsible for business and legal decisions made using the report.

Turnaround and payment

The target delivery time is 24 hours after confirmed payment. If we cannot complete the review within a reasonable period, we may offer a refund. Payment processing is provided by Stripe.

Confidentiality and deletion

We apply access controls and use private storage. Contracts and reports are scheduled for deletion after 30 days, subject to security, backup, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations described in the privacy notice.

Limitations

Automated systems and human reviewers can make mistakes or miss context. The service should not be used for litigation, criminal matters, regulated transactions, emergencies, or decisions where independent legal advice is required.
