What we collect

We collect your name, email address, intake responses, payment reference, uploaded contract, and the report produced from it. Contracts may contain personal or confidential information supplied by you.

Why we process it

We process this information to accept payment, produce and quality-check your contract risk report, deliver it, support you, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

AI-assisted processing

Your contract is submitted to an external commercial AI service to create a structured draft for a human reviewer. No AI draft is delivered without human review. We do not use your contract to train our own models.

Storage and retention

Uploaded contracts and generated reports are stored privately and scheduled for deletion 30 days after submission. Payment and minimal audit records may be retained longer where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Service providers

We use infrastructure, payment, AI, authentication, and email providers to operate the service. These providers may process information in other countries. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards must be confirmed before production launch.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting the service operator. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
